The University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Study Abroad Center offers undergraduate students the opportunity to study for the summer in Yongin, South Korea, which is a major city in the Seoul metropolitan area and about 50 minutes from the Seoul city center by bus or subway. On-site, the program is coordinated by Dankook University Korean Language Center and Dankook University International Summer School. Students have three options: 1) 10 weeks of Korean language from early June to early August; 2) Global Village (three weeks) and Academic Program (four weeks) for a total of 7 weeks; or 3) Academic Program (4 weeks).
